We are thrilled to announce the 6th TEDxSantaCruz event on April 13, 2024 at the Crocker Theater at Cabrillo College. We extend a warm invitation to all potential speakers, volunteers, and attendees to mark their calendars for an extraordinary day of inspiration and collaboration. Our theme for this year is "Rising Together," and it promises to be a day filled with thought-provoking talks, meaningful connections, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact on our world.

The "Rising Together" Theme
In these challenging times, our "Rising Together" theme takes center stage as we recognize the urgent need for collective action and collaboration. We find ourselves facing monumental challenges like climate change, the preservation of natural resources, racial inequality, poverty, inadequate healthcare, homelessness, and educational disparities. These issues demand our attention, our creativity, and our united efforts to effect positive change.
We believe that by bringing together a diverse group of speakers and attendees from various backgrounds, we can spark conversations, share ideas, and create a ripple effect of change that reaches far beyond our event. TEDxSantaCruz has always been a platform for showcasing the extraordinary ideas, stories, and innovations that emerge from our community, and this year's event will be no exception.
